Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Data Entry & Automation Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:* Accurately entering and managing data across multiple platforms, ensuring high-quality data integrity and consistency.* Navigating various software tools, websites, and databases with ease, leveraging your technical expertise to optimize workflows. * Copying, pasting, and organizing information efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring data accuracy. * Pulling reports, extracting relevant data, and generating structured outputs to support business decision-making. * Utilizing ChatGPT to automate tasks and structure data workflows, streamlining processes and increasing productivity. * Creating PDF documents from structured data using provided templates, ensuring seamless communication and reporting.* Learning and adapting quickly to new workflows by following Loom video instructions, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing requirements. Essential QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess:* Fast and precise data entry skills, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. * Technical expertise, including comfort with logging into and working with various software platforms, websites, and databases. * Experience with ChatGPT and writing structured prompts, demonstrating your ability to leverage automation tools.* Basic proficiency in Excel, including formulas and automation, to support data analysis and reporting. * Ability to quickly learn new tools and follow step-by-step instructions, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to learn. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ensuring efficient workflow management and prioritization. * Some accounting experience is a plus, but speed and accuracy are the top priorities.
