Key Responsibilities Design copy and creative for digital-first campaigns across all initiatives that need to be communicated to our front-line teams and partners, ensuring that messaging is clear, concise, and actionable. Collaborate with our creative agency, contact center partners, and back-office teams to build and oversee our governance approach and communication calendar, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.Build strong relationships with our partner senior leadership team across all four partners and six sites, working closely with them to set our agents up for success in serving our customers across Value brands. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop our new customer service communications playbook, ensuring that it is comprehensive, effective, and aligned with our overall business strategy. Drive a thoughtful, engaging, and measurable content delivery approach, using data and analytics to track impressions, engagement, and action by medium and channel, and making effective enhancements to our approach as needed.Manage our communications scorecard, providing regular updates and insights to executive leadership on trends, successes, and opportunities within our sites. Create and deliver compelling and well-supported executive communications that communicate trends, successes, and opportunities within our sites, ensuring that our leadership team is informed and empowered to make strategic decisions. Oversee our communication tools and act as the voice of the partner and agent, ensuring that our communications tools, protocols, and methods are effective, efficient, and aligned with the needs of our front-line teams and partners.Requirements and Nice-to-Haves To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Four or more years of relevant experience in customer service communications, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience. A strong understanding of effective communication principles and practices, including the ability to design and deliver compelling communication campaigns that drive impact and action. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and external vendors. Nice-to-haves include: Experience leading a team, with a proven track record of success in managing and developing high-performing teams.
