Job SummaryAs aSenior Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth for a portfolio of top-performing sellers in the Consumables Category. You'll work closely with sellers to identify opportunities for growth, develop strategic joint business plans, and implement operational improvements to maximize their success on our platform.Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us stay ahead of the competition and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities* Business Growth: Identify, action, and/or provide advice on how to improve business input metrics that drive growth and improve end-customer experience. Analyze data and trends to identify long-term opportunities for growth and develop strategies to maximize potential. * Seller Relationship Management: Build effective working relationships with sellers, providing strategic advice and operational support to ensure their success on our platform.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve seller issues and questions quickly and efficiently. * Program Process Excellence: Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of sellers in an ever-changing environment. Improve team efficiency and optimize processes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. * Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic joint business plans with sellers, identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and implement process improvements. * Communication: Communicate effectively with sellers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business plans and process improvements. Essential Qualifications* 4+ years of professional experience in buying, merchandising, planning, or relevant experience in account management, management consulting, or customer success delivery. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. * Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving decisions collaboratively, and resolving conflicts.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Analytical problem-solving ability, with experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications* E-commerce experience. * Retail experience. * Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. * Experience with partnering cross-functionally to drive results, including continuous improvement initiatives.* 4+ years of experience in account management, marketing, buying, or customer success delivery in related industries like retail, telecom, technology, or hospitality. * Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools, including Oracle Business Intelligence, Salesforce, bolthires Excel, bolthires OneNote, and bolthires SharePoint.
