Our team is passionate about innovation, and we are always looking for talented individuals who share our values and are eager to make a difference.Responsibilities:As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will be responsible for:* Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans* Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan matching proportion awards* Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely processing, settlement, and reporting* Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders* Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award distribution and inventory buy plan enrollment activities* Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations* Reviewing and maintaining equity management methods and documentation* Performing other equity plan management tasks as requestedQualifications & Requirements:* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred* At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred* Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred* Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly* Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers* Ability to investigate and convert findings into actionable recommendations* Functional skills:+ Strong attention to detail+ Clear communication+ Data analysis+ Customer-focusedWhat We Offer:* Be part of a diverse and inclusive team of professionals* Work in a global environment with daily interaction with people from different countries, functions, and cultures* Opportunities for career growth and development* Competitive compensation and benefits package* Total Rewards program, which includes base pay, incentives, and benefits* Wellness programs, including mindfulness apps, mental health support, and financial education and learning resources* Inclusive lifestyle and versatility to experience and be your bestWork Environment & Culture:At blithequark, we value our employees and strive to create a workplace that is welcoming and inclusive for all.We believe in the power of diversity, fairness, and inclusion, and we are committed to creating a workplace that reflects the diverse markets we serve.
