Job Summary As our Head of Customer Management, Strategic Sales (Logistics/SaaS), you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of sales professionals, developing and executing account strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence within the Retail and FMCG vertical. Key Responsibilities * Lead a dynamic team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles. * Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence within the Retail and FMCG vertical. * Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, and use this information to inform sales strategies and tactics. * Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication. * Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth and increase revenue. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure blithequark remains a leader in the logistics and supply chain management industry. Requirements * 5+ years of experience in a frontline sales leader role with a track record of driving bookings and revenue growth. * Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners. * Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced business environment, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing circumstances. * Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth. * Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and partners. * Experience with logistics/LogTech/SaaS background, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends. * Data-driven decision-making, with the ability to use data and analytics to inform sales strategies and tactics. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in a SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of the sales cycle and customer acquisition strategies. * Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and the ability to use it to manage sales data and metrics. * Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success. * Strong understanding of the Retail and FMCG vertical, with a deep understanding of the industry trends and customer needs. * Experience with market research and analysis, with the ability to use this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
