Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedRemote Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist to. As a key member of our help desk team, you will be responsible for account creation, claims online portal registration, and processing claims online portal tickets.You will also be required to help backlog and process new tickets that come through. If you have a strong background in customer service, IT help desk, and healthcare, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
