Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients, both internal and external.Your key responsibilities will include:* Building strong relationships with other team members and departments, providing excellent internal customer service to optimize service to all external clients* Providing professional and courteous customer service to external customers via phone and email* Answering customer inquiries, researching issues, and providing effective resolutions to client issues and concerns in a timely manner (supply orders, billing questions, account set up, testing questions, specimen inquiries, etc.)* Documenting issues, action steps, and outcome of customer inquiries* Documenting and processing change requests promptly and efficiently* Following all SOP's and team procedures to ensure accuracy and regulation compliance* Assisting with large projects and meeting deadlines* Making outbound calls to existing customers providing them with information about new products and servicesRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:* High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred* 2+ years previous customer service experience, laboratory or healthcare preferred* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills* Confident in multitasking and quickly adapting to changing priorities* Proven ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service* Ability to present a professional image via phone, with superb phone etiquette skills* Excellent problem resolution skills* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment* Proficient computer skills, including CRM systems, bolthires Office Suite, and other office softwareWork Schedule andCompensationAs a remote Customer Service Support Representative, you'll enjoy a flexible work schedule, with a standard workday from Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6pm CST.During the 4-6 week training period, your schedule will be approximately 8am – 4:30pm CST. Your compensation will be $20 – $23 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and advancement.
