Your Role As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the compassionate human connection that makes our service exceptional. Your responsibilities will include: * Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally * Researching and providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries * Accurately documenting call details * Communicating empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation * Meeting team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who are committed to excellence and possess a positive attitude.
