Key Responsibilities As an Independent Contractor with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients' customers. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the number of calls you complete. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also be eligible for performance-based pay or other incentives. Application and Certification Process To become an Independent Contractor with blithequark, you'll need to complete the following steps: * Complete an application to join blithequark Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check * Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor * View our background and credit check requirements * Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement * Complete a W9 form * Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program Program Metrics Requirements Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details and will be communicated to you prior to joining the program. Availability As an Independent Contractor with blithequark, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. Our clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Several clients also offer 24/7 call availability.
