About the RoleWe're seeking a motivated, energetic insurance professional to as an Insurance Customer Service Representative.As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, growing our agency through value-based conversations, and working closely with our agents to establish and meet cross-sell and customer service goals. Key Responsibilities* Daily grow our agency through value-based conversations and remarkable customer service to existing members. * Possess keen attention to detail in all customer interactions. * Work with the agent to establish and meet cross-sell and customer service goals.* Exhibit a strong work ethic. * Position will be approximately 90% service, 10% sales.
