Job SummaryAs an experienced full stack data scientist, you'll be responsible for developing and operating our conversational AI solutions. You'll work closely with our team to design, implement, and deploy AI models that drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences. Your expertise will be essential in driving the coordination and democratization of new technologies that acquire speed and productivity in information analysis methods.Key Responsibilities* Drives the coordination and democratization of new technologies that acquire speed and productivity in information analysis methods* Enhances models for deployment on cloud platforms and embedded systems* Plans and develops AI models using the latest advancements, with a focus on healthcare-related knowledge* Works on NLP and AI engineering design, testing, QA, and improving existing AI models* Maintains model variants and metadata* Develops production-level code for AI infrastructure (data pipelines, testing frameworks, model management, MLOPS)* Upgrades models for execution and versatility (for better latency and throughput)* Monitors model performance, maintenance, and investigation* Designs and validates ideas for testing the latest AI and NLP, voice handling advancements.Performs A/B testing of candidate models* Collaborates with developers and data scientists to integrate ML models into production systems on the cloud and in embedded systems* Stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related fields* Supports all initiatives in the Center of Excellence and contributes to high-impact projects* Executes effective training methodologies and incorporates models into production systemsEssential Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or Cognitive Science* At least 2 years of experience in speech recognition, or High School diploma/GED and at least 5 years of experience in speech recognition* 2+ years of industry experience in AI and NLP* Mastery in programming languages such as SQL, Python, deep learning, PyTorch, TensorFlow* Experience in automated deployment of trained AI models on cloud platforms* Experience in speech handling, NLP, voice-to-text handling, speaker ID, speech sentiment handling, and interpretation* At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team leadership experience* Ability to travel up to/no less than 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)Preferred Qualifications* Master's degree, Graduate degree, or Ph.D.in Computer Science, Linguistics, or Cognitive Science* Experience in research, representation, and interpretation of model results* Experience with subtlety speech recognition software, speech fusion software, and voice biometrics software* Working experience with cloud platforms like Azure and bolthires Cloud/bolthires Cloud Platform.
