Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Part-timeRemote Data Entry Specialist for Clinical Trials at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:* Transcribing source data into various electronic data capture (EDC) systems per protocol requirements and following established standards* Verifying the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents* Following established standard operating procedures (SOPs), good clinical practice (GCP), and other applicable regulatory requirements in the execution of all EDC activities* Answering queries within the EDC system in a timely manner* Assisting the clinical research team with quality controls (QC) of patient files per ERA's established standards* Preparing and scanning documents into EDC systems and ERA's database* Assisting the clinical team with preparing for onsite monitoring visits for each study protocolRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:* High School Diploma* High attention to detail* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy* Strong organizational and time management skills* Flexible during the company's growth stage* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision* Ability to effectively collaborate with other team membersDesired Skills & QualificationsWhile not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:* 1-2 years of experience in data entry* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Experience with bolthires Office* Knowledge of research EDC systems (Veeva Vault, Medrio, IBM, OpenClinica, MedidataRAVE, etc.)What We OfferAs a Part-timeRemote Data Entry Specialist for Clinical Trials at blithequark, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:* $20.00 - $25.00 per hour* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceScheduleOur Part-timeRemote Data Entry Specialist for Clinical Trials will work a 4-hour shift, Monday to Friday.This flexible schedule allows you to balance your work and personal life while still contributing to the success of our clinical research team.
