As a Customer Solutions/Support Engineer – Azure Infrastructure, you'll be part of a team that delivers strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that drive insights and value for our clients. Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Customer Solutions/Support Engineer – Azure Infrastructure to in Canada. As a key member of our Concentrix Catalyst team, you'll leverage your deep technical expertise and experience in bolthires Azure Infrastructure technologies to provide exceptional architecture advising, consulting, and support to our diverse clientele.This role requires strong presentation skills to effectively communicate and influence client decisions. Key Responsibilities* Utilize advanced knowledge in Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware to design and implement robust solutions. * Engage with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Virtualization, Storage, and Networking to drive solutions and resolve complex technological challenges. * Conduct architecture consultation and support for hybrid infrastructures and cloud adoption using the Well Architected Framework.* Interface with enterprise and government clients to successfully plan, deploy, and optimize on-premises, private, and public cloud environments. * Advise clients on strategic decisions and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of their organizations. * Confidently present complex technical concepts and solutions to clients, aligning them with business goals and objectives. * Provide comprehensive systems architecture, administration, operations, and software support. * Solve advanced technical issues and deliver training for bolthires enterprise software products.Essential Qualifications* A minimum of 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles involving systems architecture, IT consulting, support, and advanced troubleshooting. * 5+ years of experience with Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware. * A bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience. * A strong understanding of bolthires's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy. * Advanced bolthires certifications in relevant technologies (Azure, Windows Server) which are highly preferred.* Proven ability to work independently with strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Comfort in presenting complex information to clients and influencing decisions effectively. Preferred Qualifications* Experience with cloud migration, security, and compliance. * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. * Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT). * Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum. * Familiarity with cloud-based monitoring and management tools.Work Environment and CultureAs a remote-first company, we offer the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a global team.
