We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Client Account Manager to join our Large Customer Sales team in the Tech vertical. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional results. If you're a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for technology, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesAs a Full Stack Client Account Manager, you'll be responsible for:* Collaborating closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed client marketing goals* Proactively managing and deepening relationships with existing advertising partners, both with agencies and directly with clients to drive year-over-year Reddit revenue growth* Leading and executing campaign launches from start to finish, delivering insightful optimization recommendations to agency and client partners* Acting as the primary point of contact for internal account operations, including managing revenue delivery, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary* Educating brands and media agencies, effectively communicating blithequark's value proposition and best practices for advertising on the platform* Consulting clients on their awareness and direct response objectives, partnering closely with Client Partners to craft thoughtful and creative media plans* Collaborating with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve any technical hurdles* Diving deep into campaign performance data, audience and competitor insights, seasonality, and market and performance trends to develop KPI-driven campaign recommendations* Proactively seeking and representing client needs and asks to cross-functional stakeholders* Shaping blithequark's native ads product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholdersEssential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you'll need:* 7-12 years of experience in advertising sales and account management* Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem* Expertise with performance/direct response campaigns* Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors* Understanding of Digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners* Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges* Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment* High attention to detail* Proficiency in Excel preferred* BA / BS degree or equivalent work experiencePreferred QualificationsWhile not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:* Experience working with Ad Ops and technical teams to resolve campaign delivery issues* Strong understanding of data analysis and campaign optimization strategies* Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns* Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms* Experience working with clients to develop and execute media plansWhat We OfferAs a member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:* Competitive base salary: $135,000—$189,000 USD* Equity in the form of restricted stock units* Commission-based compensation* Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) program with employer match, generous time off for vacation, and parental leave* Opportunity to work with a talented and diverse team of professionals* Collaborative and dynamic work environment* Professional development opportunities and training programs* Recognition and rewards for outstanding performanceIf you're a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for technology, we encourage you to apply.Please submit your resume and a cover letter explaining why you're the perfect fit for this role.
