Role OverviewAs a Freelance Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting our marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers via email, chat, and social media, and providing personalized assistance to ensure an exceptional customer experience.You will also assist with marketing initiatives, including influencer outreach, email campaigns, and social media management. Additionally, you will perform administrative and research tasks, including data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and competitor research.
