Job Summary As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in addressing the concerns of our clients' customers, providing support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of healthcare products and/or services, providing clear and concise solutions and support. Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain and update customer information as necessary, adhering to data privacy and security protocols. Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, promoting the value and benefits of our clients' offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices. Work Environment As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, with the following requirements: Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. Your Work At Home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file, with a quiet and distraction-free workspace. blithequark will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, which may include a webcam, with the expectation that you will maintain the security and integrity of company equipment. You will need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection – DSL or Cable only, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps.
