Job Summary: as a Field Support Associate II We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Support Associate II to provide top-notch technical support and customer service to our internal and external customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for resolving complex issues, providing product and service knowledge, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Driving Customer Success through Exceptional Support Customer Support (40%): Assist internal and external customers through their shopping experience with blithequark websites and mobile applications, providing solutions via phone, chat, email, and/or social networks. This includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Issue Resolution (40%): Resolve complex problems involving multiple departments and/or vendors, following up with customers throughout the resolution process. This requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex systems and processes. Quality and Productivity (10%): Meet or exceed scorecard requirements for productivity and quality, ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This includes managing multiple tasks and priorities, maintaining accurate records, and continuously improving processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Task Management (10%): Effectively and routinely balance multiple customers and tasks, prioritizing and managing time to meet customer expectations. This requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Requirements: with the Right Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Minimum Qualifications Age: Must be eighteen years of age or older. Work Authorization: Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Education: College degree preferred, with a focus on customer service, business, or a related field. Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on technical support and customer service. Knowledge of technologies and standard practices typically found in a call center environment, as well as knowledge of standard practices and terminology used in retail sales and/or the building materials industry, is highly desirable. Skills: Advanced knowledge of blithequark systems, excellent written and verbal skills, typing proficiency, and the ability to consistently provide outstanding customer service. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex systems and processes are also essential. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate broad-based knowledge of blithequark product offerings and capable of and interested in attaining SME level product knowledge of the blithequark department in which he/she works. This includes a strong desire to learn and stay up-to-date on new products, services, and technologies, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge to drive customer success and sales growth.
