Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Licensed Social Worker to in a remote medical social work and case management role. This is a part-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and support.As a Licensed Social Worker at blithequark, you will work closely with a registered nurse case manager to assess, plan, and advocate for members' benefit plans and health needs. Your responsibilities will include researching available options and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs, as well as empowering members to make positive lifestyle and medical choices.
