Answer routine telephone calls and, when necessary, deviate from standard scripts to meet customer needs. Provide standardized responses using user-friendly GUI screens for our client systems and documentation. Resolve basic or Tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, and updates to customer information (name, address, etc.). Enter required data accurately into client-provided systems and databases. Utilize decision trees and established processes to identify and resolve common customer issues. Escalate or refer unresolved issues to experienced representatives or designated departments for further investigation. Maintain current knowledge of our company's and assigned clients' products, services, policies, and procedures. Frequently refer to online manuals and client-specific training materials to ensure accurate information delivery. Adhere strictly to association guidelines, compliance protocols, and company policies throughout all tasks.
