The ability to handle high-volume calls and emails in a consistently friendly and efficient manner is essential.Main Responsibilities Manage and assign emails in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly. Process invoices from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Deliver customer invoices and receive payments, handling credit card transactions with precision. Enter tracking numbers into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and eCommerce websites, maintaining accurate records and facilitating seamless order tracking. Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing exceptional service and support.Provide verbal and email quotes to customers, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability, negotiating the best possible terms for our clients. Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively. Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers regarding ship dates, providing timely updates and ensuring that all parties are informed.Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring that all payments are made on time. Keep track of past-due invoices, following up with customers and vendors as necessary to ensure prompt payment. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Highly detail-oriented, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.Proactive work ethic and communication style, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. High-level organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Friendly and patient demeanor, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in bolthires Office, with experience using eCommerce software and ERP systems. Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment is a bonus, but not required.Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation and handle sensitive information with discretion. Require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 3+ years of experience in eCommerce customer service and sales, with a proven track record of success. Experience working in an industrial supply or related industry, with knowledge of products and services.Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
