Qualifications and Requirements To succeed as a Web Chat Agent at blithequark, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced online environment.While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Essential Qualifications Must be able to type at least 35 words per minute (WPM), with 40 WPM or above preferred, to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers. Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems. A strong ability to multitask is preferred, with gaming experience or similar backgrounds being particularly beneficial in this role.Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is essential for success in this position.
