As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for managing DMCA takedown requests, responding to customer and creator inquiries, improving content moderation pipelines, and resolving payment disputes. This is a full-time position, preferably located in Miami or Los Angeles, offering a unique opportunity to work with a world-class team and contribute to the growth of the creator economy.Key Responsibilities: Manage DMCA takedown requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat (Intercom), providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly. Review flagged content to ensure compliance with our Community Guidelines, making informed decisions to maintain a safe and respectful community. Handle payment disputes from customers, including refunds, chargebacks, and identifying fraudulent activity, to minimize financial losses and maintain customer trust.Collaborate with internal teams, such as content moderation and engineering, to improve processes and resolve complex issues. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to improve our support services. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex issues and resolve conflicts effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify potential issues and take proactive steps to prevent them. Experience with DMCA takedowns, customer support, and chargeback management is highly desirable, although not essential. A strong understanding of the creator economy, content moderation, and community engagement principles. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
