Job SummaryAs an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. This will involve working with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems from various regions within the company, identifying and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, and monitoring and tracking records.You will also collaborate with internal and external teams to develop effective solutions to resolve issues.
