As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights to inform strategic decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us achieve our business objectives and stay ahead of the competition. Key Responsibilities* Conduct pre-and post-examination of client programs, business initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimize business performance.* Investigate the execution of various pilot projects, following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing) to measure their effectiveness and inform future decisions. * Maintain and update required tools and systems, such as BPM or Course Planning models, to ensure they meet business needs and requirements. * Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes, and develop solutions to address them. * Proactively analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.* Support the development and improvement of blithequark's tools and systems to enhance financial performance and optimize value chain capabilities. * Model business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs, and develop recommendations to inform strategic decisions. * Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and develop dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. * Perform other related and assigned tasks as required. Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or measurement. * Experience in management consulting or design thinking is highly desirable. * Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization. * Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. * Proficiency in other MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Understanding of financial reporting and analysis, including balance sheets and income statements. * Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects and priorities. * Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of projects and tasks. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Preferred Qualifications* Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, macros, and SQL. * Experience with statistical analysis using R or a similar tool. * Knowledge of data mining and sales analytics tools, such as Edge Minder or similar software. * Familiarity with SharePoint and other collaboration tools. * Understanding of sales, distribution, inventory, and production processes. * Project management or support experience is a plus.
