Job OverviewThe Call Center Agent for Customer Technical Support at blithequark will play a vital role in providing customer and technical support for our display products through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, effective communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support.As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes. Key Responsibilities Provide customer and technical support for display products through incoming calls and internet requests, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries and issues. Issue Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers as needed, following established procedures and guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient process.Gather and resolve Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, using this valuable insight to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of our customer support strategies. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer feedback and concerns are addressed and incorporated into our business operations. Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and technical information, participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and expertise.Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills, able to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. A basic understanding of computer systems and components (both PC and Mac), with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and products. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.Some experience in customer/tech support or sales/repair service is preferred, although we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong passion for customer service and technical support. Nice-to-Haves While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: A+ Certification or equivalent knowledge, demonstrating a strong foundation in computer systems and technical support.
