Job Overview As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in facilitating effective communication between our company and its consumers.You will be responsible for addressing inquiries via various channels, such as telephone and email, and possess a keen understanding of customer needs, demonstrating empathy in your interactions. This role involves identifying and forwarding complaints to the appropriate departments, operating independently within specified time constraints, and exhibiting excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and field questions regarding our products as needed, handling customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one call resolution.Document incoming calls from consumers according to procedures, handle consumer complaints, and route appropriately, providing scripted responses with empathy and resolving consumer inquiries. Interface with Operations and Accounting regarding special customer needs, returned goods, shipping methods, and discrepancies. Interface with the field sales force regarding customer problems, messages, free goods, etc. Assist as needed in training new employees and perform other duties as assigned by management.Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions. EssentialQualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: One to two years of college or equivalent experience with 1 to 3+ years of customer service or related business experience. Previous work-at-home agent experiences are desirable. A reliable and high-speed internet connection is necessary for seamless communication while working remotely. Proficient knowledge of bolthires Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.Strong oral and written communication skills are required to communicate effectively with external and internal customers and end-users of blithequark products. Strong organizational skills are essential, with the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities. Proficient typing and keyboard skills, with a working knowledge of SAP/ERP desirable. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. PreferredQualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.Knowledge of medical or healthcare products and services. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
