You will work in designated retail locations, facilitating the delivery and return of customer orders, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about customer service, has an up-for-anything attitude, and is able to work effectively in a team environment.Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery Assist customers with questions they may have and provide timely and effective solutions to their problems Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols Manage responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed Use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders Receive truck deliveries and ensure that all packages are handled and processed correctly Physical Requirements In this role, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.You will also be required to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may be required to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and to go up and down stairs (where applicable).
