The Experience TeamOur Experience Team is a key department within blithequark, responsible for managing our customers/workforce throughout their entire lifecycle, from onboard to offboard.As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of this team, working closely with our clients and workforce to resolve incoming issues, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the growth and development of our company. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:* Utilizing critical thinking skills to analyze problems and produce solutions* Employing a solutions-focused mindset to resolve incoming worker and client issues* Delivering excellent customer service to our growing workforce and client base through timely, personable responses to incoming inquiries via phone and email* Navigating our proprietary workforce management software and other vendor systems fluently and utilizing the information housed by these to support incoming queries* Representing the company's tone of voice and core values in every interaction internally and externally* Demonstrating understanding of the wider business and industry and establishing yourself as an expert in employment services both internally and externally* Working collaboratively with all departments to provide a seamless experience to both workers and clients and contributing materially to ideas to improve processes* Contributing to internal company culture by employing a team-first mindsetAbout YouWe're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.To be successful in this role, you will need:* At least 2 years of experience in an Administration or Customer Success (CS) position, ideally in the HR/Staffing industry or with a SaaS company* Experience working with CS ticketing systems* Loads of initiative, love organizing and balancing lots of things at once, while able to quickly identify and prioritize what's urgent* Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to handle even challenging conversations with a positive, empathetic, and calm approach* A high attention to detail, with every interaction and input mattering* A resourceful learner, a critical thinker, solutions-focused, and able to explain complex terms simplyWork Environment and CultureAs a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a reliable internet connection and a fully-functioning workspace.While this is a fully remote role, we do require that you are available to work during our standard business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
