Essential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you'll need to have:* A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, business administration, or communications.* At least 5 years of experience in customer engagement, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and driving customer satisfaction. * Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to deliver exceptional customer service. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders. * Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. Preferred QualificationsWhile not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:* Master's degree in a related field, such as marketing, business administration, or communications. * Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Certifications in customer engagement, such as Certified Customer ExperienceProfessional (CCXP) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR).* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or bolthires Dynamics.
