Our Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) team is at the forefront of this effort, and we are now seeking an experienced Performance Data Analyst to join our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) crew.Job Overview In this exciting role, you will provide measurement and analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival blithequark Commerce. As a Performance Analyst, you will engage in forecasting, root-cause analysis, processing, quality assurance, and ad-hoc business analysis, as well as provide analytical support to local operations and partners across the division.
