Our team is passionate about customer success, and we are committed to creating a work environment that is collaborative, inclusive, and supportive.ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Success Specialist / Live Chat Support at blithequark, you will be responsible for:* Engaging with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing product support in a timely and professional manner. * Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported. * Documenting customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up, enabling us to provide seamless support and improve our services.* Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate where necessary, ensuring that our customers receive comprehensive support. * Gathering customer feedback and insights to assist in improving our products and services, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Staying informed about new features and services to provide accurate information to customers, ensuring that they have the latest knowledge and support. * Managing customer accounts and ensuring proper onboarding to enhance their success with our offerings, providing a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing support.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:* A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred. * Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a remote environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders. * Experience with live chat tools and CRM software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, ensuring that you can resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions.* Proficiency in managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring that you can provide timely support to multiple customers. * Great interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers, building trust and fostering long-lasting relationships. Preferred QualificationsWhile not required, the following qualifications are preferred:* Experience working in a customer-centric environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional support experiences. * Knowledge of customer success principles and practices, enabling you to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot. * Familiarity with live chat tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify and resolve complex issues.
