About the Role The Sports Office Administrator is the backbone of our client operations. In this fully remote role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clubs, teams, and their communities, ensuring their administrative needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You’ll leverage cutting-edge sports technology platforms, work closely with team managers, coaches, parents, and athletes, and play a vital role in helping organizations centralize communication and improve internal processes. Key Responsibilities • Client Relationship Management: Understand the unique needs of each sports organization and provide tailored administrative support. • Customer Communication: Act as the liaison between clubs, teams, families, and participants, ensuring smooth interactions. • Technology & Data Management: Utilize industry-leading software platforms to streamline scheduling, registration, compliance tracking, and communication. • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to help clients improve their day-to-day operations. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and present insights to help clubs make data-driven decisions. • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with our executive, sales, administrative, and creative teams to support customer success. What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical, business, or sports-related field). • 2-3+ years of experience in customer service, management, or sports administration. • Tech-savvy mindset, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Drive. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively. • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. • Analytical and process-driven approach to problem-solving. • Reliable and proactive attitude, with a passion for delivering above-and-beyond service to clients. • Fluency in Spanish is a plus. • Experience in analytics or sports technology platforms is a plus.
