What You Will Do inThis RoleAs an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will:* Interface with customers via inbound calls who have questions or concerns that require additional support.* Achieve specific support and resolution on every call. * Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations. * Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services. Your QualificationsYour skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
