What You'll Do:As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by supporting customers via email and live chat.You will also learn our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships. Additionally, you will use internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments. Your creative problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you dream up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience. Who You Are:We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of and pride in their work.You're a creative and innovative problem solver who continually thinks outside the box. As a sensitive and skillful communicator, you can adapt your tone and communication style depending on your audience. You're eager to learn new technology systems and procedures, and you're able to juggle many tasks at once while remaining extremely organized and attentive to detail. You're highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows, and you're able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you must be able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via bolthires Meet video calls. You'll need to have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts. You'll be required to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT. You'll also need to be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season. Additionally, you'll need to have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router – a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided.Extra Credit:While not required, customer service experience and experience working from home are highly valued.
