As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our specialty patients who are in need of life-sustaining medications. You'll work in our inbound call center, making connections and ensuring timely delivery to those patients reaching out. With our comprehensive training program, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely from your home after completing a 3-week onsite training period.About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative on our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone. Your typical calls will include prescription refills, order status, benefits verification, and insurance coverage. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients, helping them on their path to better health. Onsite Training and SchedulingOnsite training is 3 weeks long, Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. We do not train on Saturdays, but we will need people to be willing to work on Saturday once training is over. After training, you'll be given a specific schedule based on business need and operating hours (Monday through Saturday).
