Job Summary In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media monitoring, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be the go-to person for our customers, providing them with product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in this role, as you will be interacting with customers through various channels. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media monitoring in a professional and courteous manner Provide product information, troubleshooting, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective way Manage customer accounts, including scheduling appointments, reporting adverse events, and handling special situations Utilize strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and multi-tasking abilities to navigate multiple computer programs and systems Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and quality standards Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences Program Hire Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous call center experience or a strong customer service-focused work history. You should be self-directed, able to work independently, and demonstrate good problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and multi-tasking abilities. You will need to be comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and systems, talking and typing simultaneously, and working in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1 year of customer service experience required 1 year of call center experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a remote environment and navigate multiple computer programs and systems Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment Typing and computer navigation skills Social media knowledge and experience Active listening skills and data entry experience Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Our pay range for this role is $29,120.00 per year (or $14.00 per hour) to $31,200.00 per year (or $15.00 per hour), depending on your skills, experience, and education.
