Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages related to airline services, reservations, and flight changes, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries. Assist customers with booking, rebooking, cancellations, and refund inquiries, ensuring that all transactions are processed securely and accurately. Provide up-to-date flight information, including schedules, delays, and policies, and offer recommendations for travel upgrades, baggage policies, and loyalty programs. Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with airline policies and federal travel regulations, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using airline CRM systems. Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution efficiency, continually striving to improve your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
