Our Customer Engagement Center (CEC) is the first point of contact for many of our customers, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to on a part-time basis. About the Opportunity We are currently hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant to work in our Customer Engagement Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our customers, ensuring that every interaction is professional, friendly, and helpful. The part-time schedule includes a minimum of 2 Saturday shifts, as well as morning and evening shifts during the week. Key Responsibilities: Answering and transferring a high volume of inbound calls (40-60 calls per hour) in a professional and courteous manner Making appointment confirmation calls to ensure that our customers are well-informed and prepared for their appointments Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and secure Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our services Are You the Right Fit? We are looking for individuals who are: Pleasant and professional in their phone etiquette, with a warm and friendly demeanor that puts our customers at ease Able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute, with excellent data entry skills and attention to detail Team players with an eye for attention to detail, able to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals and objectives Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, prioritizing tasks and managing their time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve results Proficient in word processing software, with excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak multiple languages (desired but not required) High school diploma or GED, with a strong educational foundation and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Essential Qualifications: In addition to the skills and experience listed above, we are looking for individuals who possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, we prefer candidates who have previous experience working in a customer-facing role, particularly in a call center or administrative environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technologies is also desirable, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
