Job Overview blithequark's Customer Service Teams play a vital role in interacting with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. As a Customer Service Associate IV, you will be responsible for taking and processing transactions via phone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives, responding to inquiries about blithequark's products or services, and promoting and selling our company's products or services. You will also investigate and resolve customer complaints, developing strong business relationships via blithequark's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.
