Key ResponsibilitiesAs a customer service representative with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:* Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner* Utilizing technology to access client information, resolve issues, and provide solutions* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences* Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to track performanceSchedule FlexibilityWe understand that everyone's schedule is unique, which is why we offer flexible work schedule options to fit your needs.You'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime hours. Earnings and RevenueAs a blithequark contractor, you'll earn up to $19 per hour, with pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. You'll also have access to additional incentives based on client and performance metrics, providing opportunities for growth and advancement. Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed as a customer service representative with blithequark, you'll need:* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills* Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care* Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills* Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor* Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset* Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and softwareTechnology and Equipment RequirementsTo ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need:* A quiet and secure work environment during working hours* A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)* A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity* Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed* A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication appWork Environment RequirementsTo maintain a productive and focused work environment, you'll need:* A quiet, uninterrupted space* An organized desk areaContractual RelationshipAs an independent contractor with blithequark, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment.blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind. Important Informationblithequark is unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC.Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
