Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative – Order Entry at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.You will be the face of our company, ensuring that every interaction with our clients is positive, professional, and memorable. Key Responsibilities and Duties* Process orders accurately and efficiently, including standard items, blanket orders, test orders, and promotional items. * Identify discrepancies and exceptions, and correspond with the appropriate person(s) to reach a resolution. * File purchase orders and related correspondence/information in documentation folders. * Answer incoming phone and email information requests, providing item numbers, prices, availability, order status, shipment information, and expediting backorders.* Perform order maintenance and changes as requested/required, and add related correspondence/documentation to order folders. * Multitask in a fast-paced work environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. * Maintain accurate and efficient keyboarding skills, with a focus on data entry and order processing. * Demonstrate dependability and commitment to scheduled adherence expectations. * Utilize deductive reasoning skills to resolve customer issues and concerns. * Work well independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Essential Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent required. * Basic bolthires Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. * Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills. * Dependable and committed to scheduled adherence expectations. * Possess deductive reasoning skills. * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
