Job SummaryWe are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Inbound Call Center team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming telephone requests from customers, providing technical support and assistance, and ensuring that all calls are resolved efficiently and effectively.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service.
