If you have a genuine love for animals and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Provide world-class service to all our customers, human and pet alike, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every client Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of each of our products and services, including packages, retail items, baths/grooming, and next reservations Promote sales and drive revenue growth through effective communication and upselling techniques Demonstrate exceptional communication and listening skills, with the ability to defuse situations and communicate effectively via in-person, phone, and email interactions Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby environment, including cleaning up after pets and ensuring the overall presentation of our front desk area Ensure that all clients have a positive experience, as you are often perceived as the "face" of our pet resort Develop and maintain a positive attitude, with the ability to handle multiple challenges at once and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate a genuine love for people and dogs, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the well-being of our furry guests EssentialQualifications: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a pet care or related industry High school diploma or equivalent required;
