at all times, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales Utilizing computer skills, including typing and navigation, to process transactions, manage successful in this role, you will require: A friendly and energetic personality, with a strong focus on customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences Availability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, to ensure adequate coverage and support during peak periods Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to build productive trust relationships with customers and colleagues Comfort with computer systems, including typing and navigation, to process transactions, manage customer data, and maintain accurate records A positive environment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a retail environment, particularly at blithequark, with a strong understanding of our products and services Knowledge of POS systems and bolthires Office, especially Publisher, to maintain accurate records and process transactions efficiently Retail experience, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction Certified Notary Public, with a strong understanding of legal documents and procedures, to provide additional services to customers Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to build productive trust relationships with customers and colleagues Strong customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and driving customer
