Your Role: Remote Customer Service Representative As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls promptly and professionally, researching and providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries, and accurately documenting call details. You will communicate empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation, and meet team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls from patients, members, or healthcare providers, and respond to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries, using our systems and resources to find solutions and answer questions. Accurately document call details, including customer information, issues, and resolutions, to ensure that we have a complete record of all interactions. Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that customers understand our responses and solutions. Meet team goals for quality and customer satisfaction, and strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service. What You Bring to the Table: To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need to have a commitment to excellence and a positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and comfort in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will also need to be proficient in navigating computer applications, have a desire to exceed customer expectations and grow professionally, and previous healthcare experience is a plus. Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably in customer service. Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days. Typing speed of at least 25 WPM. Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download. Secure, private work area at home. Flexible availability, including weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the healthcare industry, either as a customer service representative or in a related field. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare concepts. Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software applications. Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak languages other than English.
