This remote role will involve providing warehouse support functions and handling logistics responsibilities from the comfort of your home. You will be essential in helping bolthires manage and streamline its warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling and distribution of packages worldwide. This role is ideal for those looking to work from home with flexible hours while contributing to a global logistics leader.Key Responsibilities: Process and track packages, ensuring accurate data entry and system updates. Handle inventory management by maintaining logs and assisting with order fulfillment. Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely processing. Perform quality control checks on packages and ensure proper labeling. Assist in troubleshooting warehouse management system issues and escalate when necessary. Communicate with team members and management to resolve any issues or delays in processing. Utilize online platforms and tools to monitor inventory and update the system as required.Support customer service operations by addressing inquiries regarding package tracking or delivery status. Required Skills andQualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Basic proficiency in computer operations and bolthires Office Suite. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently from home. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to adapt to changing procedures and tools in a fast-paced environment. Reliable internet connection and home office setup.Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to remote work systems. Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset. Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or customer service role is a plus, but not required. Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software a plus. Working Hours: Flexible hours available with full-time and part-time options. Shift schedules will be assigned based on the volume of orders and availability.Must be able to work weekends and holidays, depending on business needs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and shipping processes. Familiarity with bolthires policies, procedures, and tools is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically in fast-paced situations. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
