Our team of over 25,000 associates works together to deliver iconic customer experiences, and we're recognized for our commitment to training and diversity.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Experienced Customer Service Agent at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:* Answering all incoming service calls in a prompt and friendly manner, displaying appropriate tone of voice and empathy throughout the entire customer interaction. * Assisting Customer Advisors/Service Consultants with customers when needed. * Answering basic service department questions, scheduling service appointments, and routing customers' calls. * Providing written messages to the responsible party in a timely manner.* Completing reminder calls for customers scheduled for an appointment. * Assisting the service department in contacting customers once special ordered parts have arrived to schedule appointments. * Contacting customers with Repair Requests to schedule appointments. * Filing repair orders and all supporting documentation daily. * Auditing all sublet invoices to ensure they are processed and resolved per blithequark Guidelines. * Ensuring the loaner log and dealer tags are always in compliance with audit requirements.Job SpecificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. You'll also need to:* Execute Retail Service Standardized Work and Voice of Customer (VoC) processes. * Maintain or exceed blithequark guidelines for customer satisfaction. * Read, interpret, and transcribe data in order to maintain proper records. * Possess intermediate computer skills, including spreadsheet knowledge. Customer Operator Job DescriptionAs a Customer Operator at blithequark, you'll:* Successfully work with associates in other departments within the store.* Perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced working environment. * Demonstrate above-average communication skills with the ability to speak and listen effectively when dealing with customers/associates, both in person and over the phone. * Stay current in blithequark-provided training in all areas of the Service process. * Possess intermediate computer skills. Working ConditionsAs an Experienced Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll work in a primarily indoor environment, which may include working at times in noisy conditions.You may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time, and you'll need to be flexible with your work hours, which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and 12-hour days. You'll also need to follow all blithequark, O.S.H.A., and EPA standards, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment and proper waste disposal in required areas.
