Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workday Data Migrations and Business Process Optimization team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth.If you are a detail-oriented and analytical individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities* Apply your knowledge of data analysis, business processes, tools, and technologies to solve a range of complex problems* Collaborate with other team members to provide guidance and recommendations on business processes and data analysis* Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in data analysis and business process optimization* Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, outcomes, or approaches to problems* Estimate effort and value for solutions* Apply business solutions with a broad understanding of technology platforms and systems* Verify data and carefully review and check the accuracy of your own work using reliance ID processes in data work* Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing tasks with a focus on moving forward* Express ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration* Screen program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation* May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's ChiefsEssential Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or mathematics* Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement* Strong knowledge of technical conditions* Strong knowledge of software development methodologies* Excellent communication, collaboration, and discussion skills in working with various teams and external partners* Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into actionable solution proposals* Ability to work effectively in a help/group-oriented climate* Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and diverse work streams/tasks* Ability to take on multiple tasks, whether administrative or project-related, while maintaining a high level of satisfaction in all deliverable work; willing to coach others to do the same* Ability to educate and train others on technical and business subjectsPreferred Qualifications* Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or mathematics* Experience with data analysis and business process optimization in a similar industry* Certification in business analysis or data analysis* Experience with Workday or similar HR systems* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIWhat We Offer* Competitive salary of $24/hour* Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance* 401(k) retirement plan with company match* Paid time off and holidays* Opportunities for professional growth and development* Collaborative and dynamic work environment* Recognition and rewards for outstanding performanceIf you are a motivated and innovative individual with a passion for data analysis and business process optimization, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Please submit your resume and cover letter to.
