Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:* Providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat, resolving their concerns and answering their questions in a timely and professional manner.* Working within our computer system to place and research customer orders, document conversations and actions, and provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. * Collaborating with our Project Advisors to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide recommendations for products and solutions. * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products, systems, and processes. * Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues, and pitching in to drive a positive customer experience.Essential QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. * A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding solutions that meet customer needs. * Strong computer skills, with experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.* A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
