Key Responsibilities * Provide premium service and build relationships with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence * Assist with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product questions * Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses Essential Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience within food service, retail, or call center setting * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Ability to pass a typing test with 40 WPM * Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed with ability to hardwire * Ability to provide 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools * Experience with order tracking and processing returns and refunds * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends * Bilingual or multilingual skills Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and resolving issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
